Al Bawakir Unicon
Founded in 1996, Unicon was the first of its kind in Doha and contributed services and expertise to many key infrastructure projects in Qatar. In 2014, Al Bawakir Group acquired Unicon and its three divisions of electric, mechanical, and waterproofing. Upon acquisition, Al Bawakir Group diversified and expanded the portfolios of each division to include more specialized services to meet Qatar’s growing and developing infrastructure needs.
